RETURNS:
If you are not completely satisfied with your order, return all or part of your purchase in the original packaging to our SKC location within 30 days of the purchase date. All items must be un-used and un-washed. We will process your return within 3-5 business days from receipt of your item(s) and refund the payment shortly after.
EXCHANGES:
If you would like to exchange your item, return all or part of your purchase in the original packaging to our SKC location within 30 days of the purchase date. All items must be un-used and un-washed. Some exchanges may have to be re-ordered and will take 1-2 weeks to receive your exchanged item if we do not already have it in stock. Please contact a Success Coach team member to begin your exchange.
